Jeff Rowes, Senior Attorney at The Institute for Justice in Arlington, VA, discusses the State of Louisiana's Funeral Regulatory Board that is out to stop the Benedictine Monks of Saint Joseph from selling their self-made caskets, which is their main source of their income. Mr. Rowes' organization is helping them sue in Federal Court.
