Mass Man Sues State Over Mandatory Health Coverage
Michael A. Merlina, a Massachusetts resident who is suing the Massachusetts Health Insurance Connector Authority comments on the $2000 he was fined for not paying his mandatory health insurance coverage.
Message to Scott Brown: Have you seen the story about the 29 year old North Reading Man who is suing the state because he was fined $2,000 for not being able to afford Health Insurance?
Did you know that he can't... get an answer from the... state where to send the summons.....The state is telling him that the office locations of the higher-ups in the MA Health Connector are undisclosed information. Don't we, the taxpayers, pay their Salaries (AND THEIR HEALTH INUSRANCE PREMIUMS????)
